About the company

ThreatDown, backed by Malwarebytes, is focused on helping organizations stay protected so they can grow without security concerns. The business began with a single need for help with a malware infection and evolved through community-driven problem solving into a broader mission to eliminate malware. Today, it serves businesses of all sizes, as well as schools, hospitals, and government institutions, using AI-powered and behavior-based cyberprotection technologies developed by a team of researchers, hunters, and innovators.

Role overview

ThreatDown is hiring a results-oriented Channel Territory Account Manager to win new customers through partner engagement across a defined regional territory. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role responsible for generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by recruiting, enabling, and managing channel partners. The role supports the company’s partner-led go-to-market strategy and works closely with internal teams and the broader partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

  • Build joint business development plans with partners to speed up new customer acquisition.
  • Keep the new business pipeline up to date and forecast accurately in Salesforce.
  • Find, recruit, and onboard promising channel partners aligned to regional and segment growth priorities.
  • Support early-stage partner activation and enablement to improve productivity quickly.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships so that pipeline contribution and sales collaboration remain consistent.
  • Apply disciplined sales operations, including deal registration, opportunity qualification, and lifecycle management.
  • Use Salesforce and partner platforms to maintain visibility and control over active pipeline activity.
  • Monitor important measures such as sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and partner activation.
  • Work with marketing, enablement, product, and support teams on regional campaigns and partner success initiatives.
  • Bring partner and customer feedback back into the business to improve go-to-market execution, support, and product experience.

Experience and skills required

  • At least 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner account management within cybersecurity.
  • Strong history of meeting or exceeding ARR targets through partner-led sales.
  • Good understanding of the partner ecosystem in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, including VARs, MSSPs, and MSPs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and PRM tools for forecasting and opportunity tracking.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational ability.
  • Self-driven approach with strong execution discipline and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
  • Italian and Spanish fluency is an advantage.
