About the Role
We are hiring a Work From Home Telesales Executive who will engage with customers interested in our premium spiritual products, Mahayantras, designed to enhance wealth, prosperity, happiness, success, protection, and positive energy. This role involves polite, patient, and empathetic communication with clients over the phone to educate, guide, and assist them in choosing the right offerings without pushy sales tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage politely and professionally with interested customers via phone calls.
- Listen actively to understand customer concerns with patience and empathy.
- Clearly and honestly present our services in an easily understandable manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate spiritual products for their needs.
- Address and resolve any customer queries confidently.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with potential customers to build lasting trust.
- Foster respectful communication that prioritizes educating over aggressive selling.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Hindi communication, including excellent speaking and listening skills.
- Positive attitude and respectful demeanor toward customers.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, WhatsApp, and internet usage.
- Ability to build trust and rapport through genuine conversations.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently from home.
