• Profile 2: Targeted for female candidates located in Sector 18, Gurgaon, focused on fashion product sales with a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass and at least 6 months of telesales experience, providing salary up to ₹30,000 with benefits including Provident Fund and incentives.

Work Details

• Six working days per week.
• Immediate joining possible.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Assess customer needs effectively and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Meet personal and team sales objectives consistently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• For Profile 1: At least 1 year of experience in BPO sales and proficiency in English communication is essential.
• For Profile 2: Minimum 6 months of telesales experience; females only.
• Demonstrated skills in persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Target-oriented mindset with a constructive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Willingness to work six days per week.
