About the Role
DigitingMedia is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive specialized in digital marketing to join our Ahmedabad team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calls to business owners, generating leads, and scheduling meetings with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients to introduce our digital marketing offerings.
- Generate qualified leads by proactive calling.
- Arrange appointments for the sales department.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update daily call logs and CRM records.
- Understand and clearly explain services such as Social Media Marketing, Google My Business, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Website Development.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year telecalling experience within a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Comfortable using CRM software and MS Excel.
- Enthusiastic and driven by targets.
