Telesales Executive

About the Role

Jaivik Renewables Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Tele Executive to join its expanding solar energy division based in Uppal, Hyderabad. This role focuses on managing customer communication and coordination to drive the company's outreach and service efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls to facilitate communication.
• Coordinate effectively with customers to collect necessary documents and follow up on pending items.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and Management Information System (MIS) documentation.
• Manage email correspondence and overall customer communication efficiently.
• Update and maintain data records using Excel and company-specific software.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Basic understanding of computers and relevant software.
• Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, and email platforms such as Outlook and Gmail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining precise and organized records.
• Prior telecalling or customer support experience is advantageous.
• Minimum educational qualification of graduate or undergraduate level.
• Experience range from freshers to 2 years; fresh candidates with strong computer skills are welcomed.

Additional Details

Work location is based in Uppal, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Salary offered ranges between INR 15,000 to INR 17,000 per month.
