Telesales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our interior design firm based in Sector-140a, Delhi-NCR. This full-time role involves engaging potential residential and commercial clients through phone calls to promote our interior design services, generate leads, and support the sales process from initial contact to client handover.

Key Duties

• Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective customers and secure qualified leads.
• Respond efficiently to inbound client inquiries regarding our interior design offerings.
• Comprehend client needs and articulate tailored design solutions provided by the company.
• Arrange appointments and site visits with the sales team or designers.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships.
• Regularly update customer data, lead details, and follow-up activities within CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
• Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation objectives.
• Develop and sustain strong professional rapport with customers through effective communication.
• Collaborate closely with sales and design departments to ensure seamless client transition.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 12th-grade education; graduates are also welcome.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales within real estate or interior design sectors preferred; highly communicative freshers may also apply.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic command of English communication.
• Excellent telephone manners and skills in customer interaction.
• Proficient in persuasive speaking and negotiation.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office applications and customer relationship management software preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment with a proactive and positive mindset.

Compensation and Work Environment

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from 11,000 to 20,000 INR.
