About the Role
This position requires engaging customers through phone communication to support sales efforts, maintain strong client relationships, and meet designated call and sales targets. The role demands a customer-centric communication style to effectively promote products and services.
Responsibilities
- Accurately document customer purchase orders and process transactions.
- Contact existing and prospective customers to market products and services.
- Identify potential leads to support the external sales team.
- Manage customer accounts ensuring satisfaction with offerings.
- Foster lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Utilize prescribed sales scripts to overcome objections and convert sales.
- Acquire thorough product knowledge to recommend items suited to customer requirements.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly objectives for calls made and sales achieved.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- 1 to 6 years of experience in telesales involving both inbound and outbound calls.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
- Strong inclination and enthusiasm towards sales activities.
- Candidates should not exceed 33 years of age.
