Role Overview

Salayel Hospitality is looking for a polite, articulate, and guest-oriented Telephone Operator to become part of its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a professional phone manner, and a genuine interest in delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming and outgoing telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Share correct details about hotel amenities, services, and facilities.
• Route calls to the right departments without delay.
• Record and pass on messages accurately and clearly.
• Support guests with questions, special requests, and wake-up call arrangements.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and consistently high service standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar hospitality-based position is an advantage.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages will be beneficial.
• A warm voice and polished telephone etiquette.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy, pressurised environment.
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Basic computer literacy.
