About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join Dev Infotech's team in Kolkata. The incumbent will actively engage with both new prospects and existing clients to promote our products and services, aiming to strengthen client connections and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current customers to introduce products and services.
- Clearly communicate product details and respond to customer inquiries.
- Keep accurate records of all calls and customer interactions for follow-up purposes.
- Identify potential leads and schedule appointments for subsequent engagement.
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
