About the Role

We are recruiting TeleCalling Executives for a renowned shipping and logistics company based in Chennai, specializing in freight forwarding across air, ocean, and road transport. This position requires candidates with strong communication capabilities and a solid background in pricing and freight operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing both inbound and outbound calls related to customers and offices in India as well as international locations.
• Operating across various shifts to accommodate global time zones.
• Providing professional communication and customer service support.
• Collaborating closely with freight forwarding and logistics operational teams.

Eligibility and Requirements

• At least five years of total work experience in any sector, with a minimum of three years in pricing and freight-related operations preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong command of Hindi is preferred, with additional regional language knowledge considered beneficial.
