Job Overview
Global Websters is seeking a Telecalling Executive to join their team in Noida, within the Delhi-NCR region. This is a full-time position focused on making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company products and services, generating leads, and scheduling follow-up appointments. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records in the system and meeting daily and monthly performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company offerings.
- Provide clear explanations of products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and arrange follow-up meetings or calls.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily call quotas and monthly performance goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and those with prior experience.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Exhibit confidence, a positive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 depending on experience.
