Role Overview

As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients and handling customer queries. Your communication skills will help in building client relationships and generating new business leads, facilitating the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company services.
• Manage inbound calls from customers with professionalism.
• Provide clear explanations about various construction projects and services offered.
• Generate and evaluate leads to qualify potential clients.
• Arrange meetings and site visits for interested customers.
• Perform regular follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement.
• Keep detailed records of calls and customer data for reference.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales roles.
• Excellent communication abilities in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
• Confident and professional phone handling skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer usage and MS Excel.
• Strong persuasion skills and commitment to following up.
• A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
