About the Role

Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking female telecallers to join their team in Mahankali Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. This position welcomes freshers and experienced applicants who have completed at least 10th grade. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, addressing their queries, and assisting them with services.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to explain available services and opportunities.
• Respond to customer questions, providing accurate and clear information.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to maintain engagement.
• Identify customer needs to offer appropriate assistance.
• Keep basic records of calls made and follow-ups conducted.
• Handle customer objections in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet targets set for calls and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed a minimum of 10th grade.
• Proficient in verbal communication, able to communicate effectively in basic English and/or Telugu.
• Confident and polite demeanor with strong listening and persuasive abilities.
• Fundamental computer literacy.
• Positive outlook and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
