Telecaller Outbound - U.S. Sales and Support Processes

Pristine E Teleservices is a well-established international BPO located in Malad West, Mumbai, with over two decades of operation and an employee base of 350 people. Currently, the organization is expanding and has openings for 100 candidates to manage U.S.-based outbound and inbound sales and customer service processes.

Key Duties

• Manage both outbound and inbound calls predominantly for U.S. clientele.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver superior customer service aligned with company standards.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet targets.
• Experience in outbound or inbound sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Highly goal-oriented and dedicated to producing results.

Benefits and Compensation

• Attractive salary package, dependent on interview outcomes, ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 38,000 per month.

Working Hours and Days

• Night shift schedule from 7:30 PM until 5:00 AM.
• Weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays, with the first Saturday being a working day.

Transport Coverage

• Covers Western Suburbs from Churchgate to Virar.
• Coverage on the Harbor Line from Kurla and Dadar only.
