About the Role
KM Corporate Services is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to fill delivery partner positions for various client companies. This full-time remote position involves recruiting delivery boys through effective communication and achieving set recruitment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential delivery partner candidates.
- Clearly explain job roles, eligibility, salary, incentives, and other relevant details.
- Screen candidates based on client requirements and shortlist accordingly.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding procedures.
- Follow up persistently with candidates until they join.
- Keep accurate records of candidates and update recruitment databases.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to meet hiring goals.
- Address candidate queries promptly and professionally.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting targets.
Requirements
- Fluent communication in Hindi; knowledge of English and Bengali is beneficial.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet tools.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven setting.
- Good follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Minimum education: 12th pass, graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, customer support, or BPO is an advantage.

Additional Information

- Workdays: 6 days per week.
