Job Overview
This role involves engaging with prospective students interested in studying abroad by reaching out through calls and other communication methods. The telecaller will play a critical part in guiding prospects, facilitating admissions, and maintaining comprehensive records.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls and establish contact with student leads.
- Perform follow-ups with potential students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain the study abroad services offered and guide students through the admission procedures.
- Convert enquiries into scheduled counselling sessions and ultimately admissions.
- Keep precise and updated records of leads within the CRM system.
- Meet daily call quotas and monthly admission targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the counselling team to manage student follow-ups and handle documentation.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication abilities in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
- Confident, persuasive, and effective speaking skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers and CRM tools.
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information
Working Hours: Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary Range: INR 12000 to 35000 per month, reflecting various experience levels and performance.
