About the Role

Hospitality Vacancy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to enhance our recruitment efforts in the hospitality sector, based in Dehradun. This role involves reaching out to prospective candidates, briefing them on job opportunities within the hospitality industry, and managing coordination between candidates and recruiters.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential candidates informing them about current job openings.
• Provide detailed explanations regarding job roles, compensation, benefits, and location information.
• Conduct initial screening by collecting relevant candidate information including experience, skills, and necessary documentation.
• Keep candidate information up to date in databases or CRM systems.
• Arrange interview schedules collaboratively with the recruitment team and employers.
• Attend to incoming inquiries from candidates about vacancies.
• Follow up on required documentation, interview participation, and employment commencement.
• Maintain a courteous and positive communication style throughout candidate interactions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade; graduates are preferable.
• Experience level ranges from freshers to candidates with up to 2 years in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment roles.
• Must possess good communication abilities in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
• Comfortable with telephony, WhatsApp, and fundamental computer skills.
• Coping with high call volumes and managing numerous candidate engagements is essential.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience within recruitment or job consultancy settings.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry job profiles.
• Excellent persuasion techniques and communication capabilities.
