Role Overview
This position is for a Telecaller based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with Penguin Innovative Engineering Private Limited. The role focuses on handling customer calls, connecting with prospects, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and lead follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls, including follow-ups with prospects from the provided database.
- Present products and services in a clear and understandable way, while responding to customer questions.
- Spot potential customers, generate leads, and arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Update the CRM or internal system with call outcomes, customer responses, and follow-up progress.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly stipend/salary of INR 10,000 to INR 20,000.
