About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer responsible for providing first-level support and customer service related to laptops and desktops. This role involves diagnosing hardware issues, supporting software installations, and assisting customers effectively.

Qualifications

  • Completed education of 10th, 12th Standard, or Diploma in IT.
  • Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking is preferred.
  • Freshers or candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Desktop/Laptop support will be favored.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiently install and activate MS Office applications.
  • Set up wireless printers and routers with ease.
  • Perform laptop and desktop troubleshooting at a basic level (L1 support).
  • Demonstrate laptop features to customers clearly and confidently.
  • Meet monthly sales and service objectives.
  • Build reliable customer relationships through trustful dealings.
  • Inform each laptop purchaser about Zip Services and actively promote relevant service packages.

Work Schedule & Conditions

  • Working shift from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
  • Mandatory work on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Weekly off day available between Monday and Friday.
  • The store remains operational on festival days with compensatory leave provided subsequently.
