Role overview
ThoughtsCrest Software is hiring a hands-on Technical Lead to shape and drive the delivery of enterprise backend solutions built using Spring Boot and/or Python. The role is based in Bengaluru and involves leading both architecture and execution across application development and integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical design and end-to-end delivery of backend systems and connected integrations.
- Support a development team across design, implementation, peer review, testing, and release activities.
- Maintain strong standards for code quality, scalability, security, and application performance.
- Partner with project managers, architects, and client-side teams to address technical blockers and meet delivery goals.
- Coach team members and personally contribute to important technical modules and components.
Requirements
- Total professional experience should be between 8 and 20 years.
- At least 5 years should be in a Technical Lead or similar senior technical leadership position.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering applications using Spring Boot and/or Python is required.
- Prior experience guiding development teams and managing technical delivery is necessary.
- Solid knowledge of APIs, microservices, integrations, databases, security, and deployment methods is expected.
Good-to-have experience
- Experience working on banking, financial services, or fintech initiatives is preferred.
- Client-facing experience, including solution conversations or technical workshops, will be an advantage.
- Exposure to cloud environments, DevOps practices, containerisation, or AI-enabled products is desirable.
