About the Role
We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our ice cream parlour located in Malvan, Maharashtra. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring the preparation and presentation of ice cream and related products meet company quality standards, and maintaining the outlet's cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders with accuracy.
- Prepare and serve a variety of menu items including ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and waffles as per prescribed guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, equipment, and dining sections to uphold hygiene standards.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and replenish as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ensure attractive product displays and adequate stock availability.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the parlour.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service targets.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Minimum education of 10th or 12th grade pass; experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous work experience in cafes, restaurants, quick-service restaurants, or ice cream parlours preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling routine operational duties.
Skill Set
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Basic skills in cash handling.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi language knowledge is advantageous.
