Job Overview
We are seeking a Team Leader for our Stock Market Advisory division who will lead, motivate, and manage a team composed of Business Associates and Senior Business Associates. This role involves setting and tracking sales and revenue goals on daily, weekly, and monthly bases, leading team meetings and performance evaluations, and guiding team members through coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Business Associates team to achieve performance targets.
- Establish and monitor sales and revenue objectives consistently.
- Facilitate regular meetings and conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at increasing lead conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members to enhance team capabilities.
- Oversee CRM activities to ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Handle escalated client issues maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing team performance to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and uphold ethical standards in sales practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrable leadership and team management experience.
- Strong skills in sales, coaching, and mentoring.
- Comprehensive knowledge of stock market advisory processes and services.
- Excellent abilities in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 35,000.
