Team Leader - Field Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Field Sales to join our team. This role involves leading a team of marketing executives to achieve strong sales performance and client onboarding on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of marketing executives by organizing daily field operations, setting sales targets, and maintaining discipline.
• Maintain a personal productivity target of five client meetings or presentations per day during the initial three months.
• Engage with business owners to register and manage their profiles on the Justdial platform, showcasing services effectively.
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate Justdial products, while cultivating lasting client relationships and enhancing brand visibility.
• After three months, monitor both personal and team productivity to ensure the achievement of overall targets.
• Upon assigning a team, fulfill a personal daily target of three client presentations alongside managing the team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication and sales skills.
• Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.
• Basic familiarity with Android or mobile applications.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 116,000 INR as a base.
• Annual salary from approximately 360,000 to 550,000 INR plus performance incentives and additional bonuses.

• Gratuity entitlements as per company policy.

• Work locations include Ernakulam, Aluva, Muvattupuzha, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Malapuram.
