Position Overview

The Business Tax Team at S&W provides comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services across corporation tax, international tax, indirect tax, and employment tax. We are currently seeking a Tax Associate to join our Dublin office and assist senior tax professionals on various compliance and advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing corporate and personal tax returns and computations.
• Engage in client communications and support relationship building.
• Undertake detailed tax research tasks to support advisory work.
• Draft technical documentation related to tax matters.
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex client issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within tax or accountancy roles.
• Possession of a third-level degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, Business, or a related field with at least a 2:2 honours classification.
• Currently pursuing ACCA or Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) qualifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: €36400 per year

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
