About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Operations Specialist to join our team. This vital role supports comprehensive talent acquisition and recruitment operations. The selected individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate a smooth hiring process emphasizing a favorable candidate experience. Key duties include managing interview schedules, maintaining accurate applicant data, coordinating candidate travel, and assisting in recruitment metrics reporting. This position offers a chance to help drive growth by optimizing hiring efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or similar administrative roles within fast-paced technology or biotech environments favored.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and supporting technical recruitment efforts preferred.
- Strong command of Google Workspace.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive approach and enthusiasm for supporting innovative biotech or technology work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all interview logistics including onsite interviews.
- Serve as the primary candidate contact, providing a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Manage job postings in internal ATS and external platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline statuses, and notes within ATS.
- Support recruiters in generating recruitment metrics and reports.
- Facilitate smooth transitions between recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Arrange travel for remote candidates.
- Oversee the recruitment inbox, addressing candidate inquiries and escalating support requests as needed.
- Adapt to changing timelines and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
