We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a proven track record with at least five years of experience, including leadership capabilities, and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will be articulate in English and possess a charismatic presence. Experience within the real estate sector is considered an advantage.
Key Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous leadership roles or team management experience.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors recruiting modules.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Preference given to candidates with real estate industry exposure.
