About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, set recruitment strategies, and manage expectations effectively throughout the hiring cycle.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely, and transparent communication from first contact to offer stage.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of recruitment practices, hiring processes, and employer branding activities.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, ideally in technology-centric environments.
• Proven success in recruiting for technical roles in fields like Data, AI, or software engineering.
• Strong skills in competency-based interviewing and structured candidate evaluation.
• Excellent abilities in sourcing, managing stakeholders, and building professional relationships.
• Effective organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
• Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
