About Vacatia and the Role

Vacatia is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences starting with outstanding people. We seek a highly organized, customer-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enhance the hiring process for candidates and hiring managers and aid our expanding Talent Acquisition team. This position is located on-site at the Grandview in Las Vegas, NV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule virtual and in-person interviews involving candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Act as the primary liaison throughout the interview stages, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Develop candidate interview schedules and manage all communication related to interviews.
  • Post job vacancies and oversee listings on various recruiting platforms.
  • Maintain precise and updated records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage background checks and coordinate pre-employment procedures.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for onboarding new employees.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, compile reports, and track hiring activities.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to facilitate seamless candidate-to-employee transitions.
  • Support recruiting events such as career fairs and assist in hiring initiatives and sourcing projects.
  • Help advance recruiting processes with a focus on compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Preferably over one year of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, or administrative support.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment settings is advantageous.
  • Background in hospitality, vacation ownership, resort, or customer service recruitment is favorable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills paired with the ability to manage multiple tasks diligently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, or recruiting technologies preferred.
