System Administrator (m/w/d) Group Infrastructure Service

Exciting Responsibilities Await You

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for the existing network and client/server infrastructure, focusing specifically on Production Labeling & Print.
• Resolve and manage service requests and incidents via remote maintenance or on-site support at German locations and subsidiaries (remotely), including:
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of labeling systems used in the production of internal containers and assembly lines.
• Deployment and fault resolution of associated computer systems.
• Master data management and label design.
• Commissioning of labeling systems on new equipment.
• General user support regarding IT inquiries.
• Participate in projects related to Production Labeling & Print.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Completed IT training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in IT within an industrial environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Ability to organize work effectively while managing diverse incidents and service requests.
• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure including client, server, and network components.
• Proficient handling of MS Windows and Office applications.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confident presentation.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
