System Administrator

Overview

This role is intended to keep the company’s office systems stable, available, and running efficiently. The position focuses on preventing downtime, making practical use of hardware and software assets, and ensuring dependable backup and recovery arrangements for data.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of office IT systems and reduce the risk of outages or disruptions.
• Handle general system administration tasks, including upgrades, hardware swaps, and telecom-related coordination.
• Help maintain security controls and assist in implementing protective measures across the IT environment.
• Provide first-line support to employees by resolving basic software issues and responding to routine technical queries.
• Assist with replacing and upgrading hardware and software components when needed.
• Monitor systems and contribute to performance checks and analysis.
• Take part in special assignments and other IT-related work as required.

Skills and Working Style

The role calls for strong analytical and logical thinking, along with clear communication. Familiarity with Microsoft products, operating systems, hardware categories, telecommunication equipment, and commonly used software applications is important.

Qualification and Experience

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. The employer is looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience, and local applicants from Vadodara are preferred.

Working Hours

The schedule is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, for 5 days a week.

Additional Information

The salary budget for this position is capped at 5 LPA.
