About the Role

Join Allied Universal's Compliance & Investigations team, Ireland's foremost provider of investigative services to the insurance sector. We are looking for a Surveillance Operative to conduct discreet observation assignments across Cork and nearby counties in the Munster region, capturing video evidence to support ongoing investigations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform covert surveillance tasks under the direction of a team leader, adhering strictly to legislation and organizational codes.
  • Document detailed observation records accurately and be prepared to present evidence in legal proceedings if necessary.
  • Conduct investigations and inquiries as assigned by the Area Manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a full valid manual Irish driving license and legal unrestricted working rights in Ireland.
  • Possession of a PSA Private Investigator Employee License, Category 08A is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate excellent concentration, patience, and sharp observational abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and confident driving abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends with the possibility of short notice schedule changes.
  • Ability to meticulously record evidence and complete related administrative duties.
  • Readiness to provide courtroom testimony if called upon.
  • Calm demeanor and adaptability in dynamic situations.
  • Physical fitness to undertake foot surveillance when required.

Additional Information
