About the Role
Join Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Singleton and embark on a meaningful career that values flexibility, purpose, and genuine human connection. This role requires availability anytime between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Friday and offers both regular and flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored assistance that promotes independence among participants.
- Offer support with personal care tasks.
- Facilitate social engagement and help develop skills.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families.
- Keep precise records and uphold safety standards at all times.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience working in disability services and has a proactive, positive attitude. Comfort and confidence in supporting individuals with complex behaviours are essential. You should be a creative thinker who enjoys collaborating within a supportive team environment.

Requirements
- Availability to work any hours within the stated timeframe.
- Completion of relevant screening checks including NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and National Criminal History Record Check.
- Submission of two professional references.
- Possession of a current driver's license.
