Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at either the Dallas, TX or Sacramento, CA offices. This role involves supporting procurement operations to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep procurement system data accurate and current, ensuring consistency and integrity.
  • Produce and circulate reports detailing procurement status, such as purchase orders, inventories, and supplier metrics.
  • Analyze procurement data to spot trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visual tools to track procurement indicators and share insights with key stakeholders.
  • Assist buyers with purchase order processing including entry, confirmation, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to troubleshoot issues like delays or order discrepancies.
  • Track purchase order progress and proactively update relevant parties.
  • Maintain detailed records of purchase orders and related documents.
  • Contribute to procurement process improvement projects aimed at making workflows more efficient.
  • Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues in current procurement processes.
  • Promptly address and document discrepancies or procurement challenges, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Ensure effective communication among suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in data management, administrative support, or similar roles within procurement.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with data management tools; experience with Monday.com is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Must comply with safety standards and wear appropriate PPE on job sites.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, as well as occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crouching, and reaching; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Compensation and Employment Details

  • Hourly wage range of $24 to $30.
