Opportunity Overview

This role offers a blended work experience combining client-facing consulting (about 30% of the time) and product management responsibilities. The candidate will manage several enterprise accounts, handle onboarding, oversee the customization process, and ensure impactful outcomes. The remaining time involves acting as a product manager by shaping the roadmap based on customer input and developing prototypes of new products and agents to encourage growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and onboard a portfolio of enterprise customers effectively
• Lead the customization procedures and deliver measurable client results
• Develop product roadmaps guided by customer demands
• Generate ideas and create prototypes for innovative products and agents to facilitate scaling
• Launch production-ready prototypes for handover to engineering teams
• Act as a liaison between client management and product development functions

Requirements

• Minimum of one year in a relevant professional role
• Preferably possess experience in client-facing positions
• Background in junior banking, consulting, or startup strategy and operations
• Possess strong analytical skills and a sincere interest in AI search technology
• Comfortable utilizing modern, AI-enabled tools
