Job Overview

Elite Food Industry seeks a dependable and well-organized Storekeeper responsible for overseeing warehouse functions, ensuring precise inventory tracking, and managing proper storage and distribution of materials. Candidates should bring prior experience in storekeeping within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Primary Duties

• Accept, examine, and log incoming goods and supplies.
• Arrange materials securely and systematically for easy retrieval.
• Distribute materials in line with authorized requests, keeping accurate records.
• Track stock levels and report any shortages or inconsistencies.
• Perform regular inventory counts and support audits.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of stock transactions.
• Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment adhering to safety protocols.
• Liaise with procurement, production, and other relevant departments about stock needs.
• Generate inventory and stock status reports as required by management.
• Adhere to organizational policies and food safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Storekeeper or in comparable inventory or warehouse roles.
• Background in food manufacturing or FMCG industries preferred.
• Excellent organizational and inventory management capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Capability to operate efficiently under high-paced work conditions.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Detail-oriented approach ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Eligibility

• Must currently reside in Qatar.
• Possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID).
• Valid Qatar driving license required.
• Preference will be given to those available for immediate joining.
