About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Store Manager with a B.Pharm degree to oversee operations at our pharmacy retail outlet in Mumbai. The role involves comprehensive management of the store's functioning including dispensing, billing, inventory oversight, and expiry management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall daily operations of the pharmacy outlet.
- Handle dispensing of medicines accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth billing processes.
- Control and monitor inventory levels and manage product expiry.
- Supervise the pharmacists and store staff to maintain operational standards.
- Uphold excellent customer service along with ethical standards in dispensing.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Mandatory educational qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
- Must have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience managing pharmacy store operations.
- Only candidates with a B.Pharm degree will be considered; others will not be entertained.
