Position: Store Manager – Prishtine

LPP is inaugurating its second Sinsay brand store in Prishtina (St Agim Ramadani) and seeks a Store Manager responsible for the following:

• Achieving targeted sales objectives.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintaining excellent store conditions and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Completing all store administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Recruiting, training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales personnel.
• Managing employee work schedules and overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly operational duties.
• Overseeing financial transactions, including daily cash handling and proper cash handover according to company guidelines.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum completion of high school education.
• Prior experience in a similar managerial position within the textile industry.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proven experience managing teams with multiple personnel.
• Excellent organizational skills, including setting goals and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English at C level.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information

Selected candidates will participate in a mandatory 4 to 6 week training program within Kosovo, which should be considered prior to applying.
