Key Responsibilities

• Manage store opening and closing procedures strictly according to protocol and designated times, including systems and facilities control such as lighting, air conditioning, and security systems.
• Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising, timely communication of promotions, and proper signage, alongside ensuring stock displays are well-organized and replenished.
• Handle inventory tasks including stock refills, inward and outward stock movements, and addressing store supply needs efficiently.
• Oversee store administration by monitoring HR activities like attendance and uniform compliance, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements like licenses.
• Recruit, train, and lead store staff in alignment with company policies while motivating the team to meet sales targets.
• Implement and manage loss prevention strategies including proper maintenance of CCTV, anti-theft alarms, and tagging systems, and supervising scrap sales.
• Ensure accurate cash management by overseeing sales reconciliation and petty cash handling.
• Drive superior customer experience by maintaining satisfaction levels and resolving complaints promptly.
• Monitor subordinate performance through report reviews and provide feedback; regularly report store performance metrics directly to the CEO.
