Store Incharge

Role Overview

The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of material and product management in the store, ensuring smooth operations across inventory control, stock handling, and interdepartmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and products.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records along with stock level monitoring.
• Track stock movement carefully to avoid shortages and prevent excess inventory buildup.
• Conduct regular physical verifications and reconcile actual stock with recorded data.
• Generate purchase requisitions to replenish inventory as needed.
• Lead and supervise store personnel, allocating daily duties and ensuring task completion.
• Address customer inquiries regarding orders and stock availability promptly.
• Distribute stock and materials according to customer demands or department needs, while keeping detailed records.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and coordinate with accounting for efficient collection.
• Ensure materials are stored appropriately to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store premises.
• Keep record of all inward and outward stock movements through inventory management software or manual logs.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and other departments to fulfill material requirements.
• Prepare inventory and dispatch reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Manage vendor deliveries, verifying materials against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Comply strictly with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
