About the Role
A grocery retail store is looking to hire a Store Executive, with an additional opening for Store Manager II. The role suits candidates who can support store operations, customer service, billing, and stock handling in a busy retail environment.
Eligibility
Applicants should have completed 12th standard up to graduation and bring 6 months to 5 years of experience in retail.
Compensation
The role offers a CTC of INR 14,000 to INR 35,000 per month along with incentives.
Work Schedule
Shift timing is from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Weekly off will be any one day on a rotational basis.
Store Executive Responsibilities
- Process billing and cash handling using POS systems.
- Accept payments through cash, card, UPI, and other digital payment modes.
- Keep cash records accurate and reconcile the cash drawer at shift end.
- Create invoices and provide receipts to customers.
- Greet shoppers and help them choose products.
- Keep the store tidy and ensure merchandise is well presented.
- Restock shelves and maintain product availability.
- Address customer concerns and deliver strong service.
- Support inventory checks and stock management activities.
Store Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee complete store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and improve profitability.
- Guide, encourage, and supervise the store team.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve complaints quickly.
- Track stock levels, inventory movement, and shrinkage.
- Maintain product presentation, merchandising, and store hygiene.
- Manage cash processes, billing oversight, and end-of-day reporting.
- Follow company SOPs as well as hygiene, food safety, and compliance rules.
- Review sales data and use insights to raise store performance.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and head office for replenishment and operational support.
