Role Overview

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, execution, and evaluation of nursing interventions. The role involves direct administration of prescribed medications and treatments, vigilant monitoring of patient health status, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient health conditions and devise nursing care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians with precision and compliance.
• Regularly observe and record patients’ vital signs, alerting medical staff of significant changes.
• Maintain accurate and prompt documentation of patient records, ensuring detail and confidentiality.
• Support doctors during clinical examinations, medical procedures, and emergency situations.
• Provide education to patients and family members regarding disease management, medication use, and discharge care.
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols to prevent healthcare-associated infections.
• Respond efficiently to urgent medical events, applying appropriate nursing care interventions.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Safeguard patient confidentiality and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
• Ensure correct usage and upkeep of medical instruments and equipment.

Compensation

Salary ranges from 20,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
