Role Overview
Join Ace in Trichy, Tamil Nadu as a Spoken English Trainer to deliver engaging and interaction-focused English language sessions. This role is designed to enhance learners' practical communication abilities beyond theoretical knowledge, emphasizing real-world application.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct dynamic speaking sessions encouraging active use of spoken English in practical scenarios.
- Instruct and correct students on English grammar, sentence structure, pronunciation, and syntax.
- Develop customized lesson plans that address different student proficiency levels and learning objectives.
- Promote maximum student participation through activities such as debates, role-plays, and peer-to-peer interactions.
- Evaluate learner progress by monitoring understanding and providing constructive, motivational feedback and error correction.
