Job Overview
The Elements Hospitality Services is seeking a competent Spa Manager to oversee front desk operations at our spa facility located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth management of appointment scheduling and inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk activities including welcoming and greeting guests warmly.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently to maximize spa operations.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
