About the Role
ATMCO Fintech is seeking a motivated Software Executive to become an integral part of our team. This role involves hands-on involvement with software deployment and ensuring smooth client operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle software implementation and setup for clients.
- Configure client accounts to suit their requirements.
- Conduct user training sessions to facilitate understanding and use of the software.
- Provide ongoing customer support and monitor client system operations.
- Coordinate effectively to resolve any reported issues promptly.
