Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join us on a casual basis, approximately 22.5 hours weekly, working three weekdays with some schedule flexibility. This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and client interaction, offering opportunities to transform brand strategies into captivating social content while managing project timelines and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with client brand identities.
• Create captions that accurately represent each client's voice and tone.
• Maintain content calendars and monitor campaign timelines.
• Participate in social media strategy formulation and assist in campaign execution.
• Coordinate client content shoots, including capturing behind-the-scenes material.
• Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with clients.
• Design simple graphics and social media assets as needed.
• Provide monthly analytical reports to refine strategies in real time.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure content aligns with broader brand strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates passion for social media, branding, and creative marketing.
• Experienced in managing social media accounts or creating digital content professionally or personally.
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or proficient with Canva.
• Knowledgeable about Meta platforms including Instagram and Facebook best practices.
• Highly organised, proactive, and skilled in project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
• Enjoys working collaboratively with clients and creative teams.
• Detail-oriented with an appreciation for thoughtful design quality.
• Self-motivated, eager to contribute ideas and take initiative.
• Keen to grow and develop professionally within a creative agency setting.
