Key Responsibilities

• Produce original, appealing content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Film and edit videos such as reels, stories, and educational segments to boost engagement.
• Innovate viral content ideas focused on increasing brand visibility and interaction.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage social media presence strategically.
• Grow social media followings organically using creative promotional tactics.
• Motivate patients and clients to leave positive reviews online.
• Document behind-the-scenes highlights, patient testimonials with consent, workplace culture, and special events.
• Keep up with the latest trends and viral content in social media.
• Design marketing campaigns, promotions, and community-related events.
• Support office functions by performing clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Help facilitate smooth daily operations by managing appointments, updating patient records, verifying information, and providing front desk assistance.
• Learn about wellness and rehabilitation services to better support clinical staff and patients professionally and confidentially.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record in social media content creation for business.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and social media trends.
• Experience in video recording and editing via smartphone and relevant apps.
• Strong communication skills paired with creativity.
