Role Summary

As a Site Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing large-scale AI infrastructure construction efforts. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily onsite activities, coordinating various trade workers and subcontractors, and ensuring all operations adhere to safety, timeline, and quality requirements. This role demands being physically present at the project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily construction and installation processes on-site.
• Coordinate work between subcontractors, technicians, and trade personnel effectively.
• Develop weekly forecasts and execute daily task plans to keep the project on track.
• Track productivity levels, project milestones, and resource deployment.
• Lead safety discussions and advocate for a robust safety culture through toolbox talks.
• Schedule and manage inspections, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Handle logistics including materials and equipment distribution and movement throughout the site.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Possess formal trade qualifications, technical certificates, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in overseeing construction, installation, or infrastructure projects as a supervisor.
• Skilled at managing subcontractors and site-based work crews in dynamic environments.
• Adept at interpreting construction drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Committed to upholding safety standards, quality benchmarks, and productivity goals.
• Exposure to data center construction, telecommunications, fiber optic or network installations, MEP systems, or critical infrastructure projects is highly valued, along with backgrounds in industrial, oil and gas, marine, or similarly fast-paced deployments.
