About the Role
Bee Clean Building Maintenance is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations. This full-time, permanent role entails working 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, all at a location conveniently accessible by major bus routes in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Oversee and supervise staff performing housekeeping or janitorial duties, with 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience required.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively manage the team.
- Apply good problem-solving techniques, with conflict resolution skills being advantageous.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and decision-making capabilities to ensure smooth site operations.
- Possess basic computer proficiency for tasks such as email correspondence and Microsoft Office usage.
Compensation and Work Details
The position offers hourly pay ranging from $16 to $25, working onsite with a flexible full-time schedule.
