Site Manager - Installation and Site Management

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Site Manager to lead and oversee modular interior and glass installation projects at our site in Siliguri, India. The responsibility includes managing on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols, and maintaining schedule compliance to guarantee timely project completion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation processes related to modular interiors and glass fittings.
• Perform accurate site measurements and verify dimensions on location.
• Coordinate labor teams and manage delivery and usage of materials efficiently.
• Uphold stringent quality control standards during all phases of installation.
• Manage communication channels with clients to update and address their concerns.
• Track daily progress and maintain documentation to support timely handover of projects.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven experience in site management and installation projects, particularly with quality control oversight.
• Solid understanding of different types of glass, associated hardware fittings, and correct use of silicone applications.
• Ability to interpret and implement technical blueprints accurately.
• Experience working directly on active construction or installation sites.
• Any graduate degree holder is eligible to apply.
