About the Role

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to meet service standards and customer satisfaction during your shifts. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, and collaborating with team members to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy hours, especially nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math proficiency and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift or move items up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
